Account and access
Use a telephone/email you own or are authorised to use. Choose an offered sign-in method; code delivery also depends on the provider. Keep contact/delivery information accurate, do not share codes or enter a code for another service. Contact us if access is lost or misuse suspected. You are not automatically liable for everything another person does through an account: law and the circumstances apply. Profile, addresses, orders and bonuses appear when identity is verified and data available. Missing data is not replaced with another customer's data; a temporary display failure does not establish deletion.
Basket, orders and programmes
A basket is a draft, not a product or price reservation. Availability and total are rechecked. Cross-device sync depends on the same account and connectivity; review the actual basket before submission. Extras and ingredient removal follow the restaurant's configured offer. Promotions and loyalty have separately published rules; these terms do not guarantee membership, a balance or unlimited combinations. Technical receipt of an order request is not restaurant acceptance.
Permitted use
Unauthorised access, bypassing protection, intentional disruption, impersonation and malicious content are prohibited. Security controls must be proportionate. Access may be temporarily restricted to address a particular threat or maintenance, without removing accepted orders, complaints or data rights. Contact support about restrictions. These terms do not impose an arbitrary ban on every automated access regardless of purpose.
Maps, materials and availability
Routes are guidance, not a guarantee of accessibility or travel time. Follow actual conditions; the restaurant, not Google, determines delivery terms. Content and software belong to their rights holders. Normal website use and legally permitted uses remain allowed; other commercial reuse requires a right or permission. Temporary outages are possible, not a blanket exclusion of responsibility for accepted orders, the seller's failures or engaged providers.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using the service and request account closure or exercise data rights through the contact above, even without a deletion button. Legally required records may be retained to the necessary extent. Dated changes do not replace any required acceptance or retrospectively amend an accepted order. Serbian law, complaints, ADR and judicial remedies apply.
Acceptance without a checkbox
Continuing sign-in after the displayed notice means accepting these terms and acknowledging the privacy notice. Mere browsing is not universal acceptance or permission for marketing or Google. Submitting an order separately accepts its purchase terms.
